If you want a loan without having a job you have to have collateral like a house or something else that could be sold to pay off the loan. Or you have to have some other source of income or someone to cosign the loan. If you want the money for an investment then you have to be able to present a business plan that will convince the loan officer that you have an excellent chance of succeeding in your venture usually something like commitments from buyers for sales once the business gets started.
