Yes astrologers are mentioned in places in the bible though usually not in favorable terms as astrology is used in babylonian teachings, worship and associated with demonic practices.
Isaiah 47:13
Matthew 2:1-16 Famously, King Herod uses astrologers to seek out Jesus whereabouts. The astrologers follow the "star" created by Satan to lead them to Jesus and reveal where he is. God warns the astrologers to not to report to Herod where Jesus is so instead they flee. (Matthew 2:12)
2 Kings 17:16-17

God hates such things:
Deuteronomy 18:10-12 reveals God abhors such practices as astrology, fortune telling and divination and other such practices.
Ezekiel 13:6 & 2 Thessalonians 2:9 Satan using lying signs to misguide.
Exodus 20:3-4 Have no other gods.
