I don't believe in the after-life, but if I did..those things are different. Yea, they all end someone's life, depending on what you feel about abortion, but they can't be just lumped together. If you kill someone, that might actually be a good thing. I know a lot of extra people. If you use abortion as birth control, you're an irresponsible douche bag, but if some drunkard uncle of yours has his way with you, then its probably for the greater good that you get rid of the damn thing. When someone comitts suicide, I figure "well at least the vagina didn't take anyone else with them..." So, I guess, what was the question?

Everyone can be forgiven, even murderers (which includes those who had an abortion).
, if they accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

It's a lot more tricky for those who commit suicide, though : we can posit that they are not believers when they decide to take their own life, and, obviously, they will never get the chance to repent...
Maybe if they accept Jesus Christ in the split second before they die, they can go to heaven.

Err, not sure about the suicide one, but the other two will be forgiven by God (I don't think I could to that very easily). You'd have to ask for forgiveness, though

Since the Holy Spirit lives in me, though. I don't think I'll be doing anything like suicide or murder. I'm sure I won't have an abortion; I'm a guy.

I suppose it depends on your faith.
I am a christian
My bible says that anyone can be forgiven.
Paul was a murderer of Christians in about the year 50-60ad.
He repented, believed, and became the single most well known christian EVER. Heck, he even wrote over half the new testament.
Anything can be forgiven, with the right attitude, of course.
You absolutely must really be sorry for what you've done.
Not just because it's "wrong" or you will get in trouble for it.
But because what you did causes evil to live in your heart and keeps God from living there.
Peace be with you.

I think so. You're not suppose to take another man's life. Which makes perfect sense because God created us.

1. Murder = taking away man's life

2. Abortion = taking away of cute lil baby's life (if the baby inside you is dead though, it's not a sin. because if you don't abort it soon enough, you'll be dead.)

3. Suicide = taking your own life away.

Well, anyway. Your question was great hope you find a great answer.

I believe that indeed you will go to hell for this conception about murder is human, just the same as God, heaven, Hell and purgatory are a human creation...so in this context it is true...if you kill an animal, a living being, then we should deserve hell...in the end a kill doesn't affect us particularly...maybe as a specie but that effect is only seen with the years...so in the end it doesn't matter anything that happens to us in a material way....does it have a sense what i just tell? i was thinking too fast sorry...lol

Great question Gen,

I do believe that a man can get to heaven, but not by his own effort.

I believe in what the Bible teaches, that without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sin.

Who needs the forgiveness of sin? Only murderers, abortionists, and those who've commited suicide?

The wages of sin is death.

Then what is sin? The Bible says, "sin is lawlessness." (1John3:4)

What is the law?

The law is the 10 Commandments. (thou shall not lie, steal, murder, commit adultery, ect.)

We have all sinned (broken God's law) and fall short of the glory of God. If we are "all" sinners, according to Scripture, then who SHOULD go to heaven?

Though the wages of our sin is death, the gift of God is eternal life through _______________. Who is the one through whom we recieve eternal life? Please go to my sight at myspace.com/forrey...I wrote out on that page a thorough cross-examination that will bring home a slam dunk to the answers of these questions (sorry, it is just way toooo much to type out!)

You are accountable for every deed of yours good or bad in the Hereafter. You may escape punishment here but there you won't. The three main things that will not be forgiven in the Hereafter unless repented in this world are...idolatry, adultery and murder (suicide is murder of self.) This is the stand of Islam.

You could live your whole life not killing anyone, not having an abortion, and definitely not killing yourself while I on the other hand to just the opposite. But neither of us will ever see heaven. You know why? Because the maggots will have eaten our eyeballs out once we are buried and slowly start to rot.
