Perhaps you can tune us in as to what mistakes the hospital performed. Was it the physicians, the nurses, the structure of the building? You see, some lawyers are offered plenty of money to keep their mouths shut. My father tried suing a company who almost caused his death. All I can say is money that slid under the table did not cause the court to rule in his favor. His lawyer wasnt the best guy out there either.
My advise to you is hold on to that determination. Go to court, if you feel your case needs to be heard again appeal. If it closes wait a while and then re-open it. Whatever you do though, DO NOT GIVE IN, DO NOT GIVE UP.
I hope you resolve this matter successfully.

reeeeeally desire better information than that, as 3 hospitalizations can not be totally and punctiliously summarized in a unmarried paragraph. in truth, this quite isn't the position for (quite frequently) non-medical and non-felony human beings right here telling you what replaced into performed proper and what wasn't. search for advice from a health care provider WITH the medical archives who you think and replaced into unrelated in any respect to the full case. See what he has to say. do not bypass to a felony specialist until eventually you've a thoroughly impartial medical opinion on the issue. also make effective you quite do understand the analysis in the time of each and each hospitalization, the clarification behind death, etc. you're saying he died of an enlarged heart, replaced into an post-mortem complete? if so, get a replica of the rfile and promises that to the health care provider you're consulting as well to the full medical record of your son. don't be too quick to bypass blame, get a impartial opinion. The docs would have made a mistake, they might were negligent, or some thing very uncommon or unforseen would have got here about and their initial element of care replaced into proper. you gained't understand that until eventually a impartial celebration seems on the guidelines objectively.

it will very hard to prove it was a mistake made, and that it was not from complications, you will spend a fortune on lawyers, or else they do not think you have a case. A lot of times, the family feels that way at first, because they cannot accept that their family member did not make it, but medical personell are human, and most do all they can, but it not always enough. God has a hand in it also.
If you have a clear cut case of negligence, and it does happen, then just keep looking for a lawyer that will take it, there will be one eventually who will take it to prove themselves if they think there is a case

I am so sorry to hear that your son has passed away. If you have been turned down by lawyers that many times they probably do not think you have case against them. There is lawyer in the Michigan that does exactly this type of thing.
here is the website http://www.callsam.com/call_sam/contact_us.html
The only thing is this lawyer may not be able to practice law in your state. But they maybe able to direct you to a lawyer who would be willing to take the case on.
Good luck
God Bless

Find another lawyer who is willing to help you let your son rest in peace. My family is in the middle of a malpractice suit...My grandma was killed during surgery. It can be painful, but you can't let it get to you. If you give up now, you might regret it later. You can never stop loving him or grieving for him, but remember, he's always with you. If you ever have any questions email me, I'll try to reply as soon as possible. I wish I could do more. My condolences on your loss. ldbush5283@sbcglobal.net

Continue searching for attorneys that specialize in malpractice lawsuits. Just because the lawyers you met with are considered "top lawyers" doesn't necessarily mean they are better. You may have better luck with an attorney that isn't as well known.

I agree with Wendy. Forgive and let go. Doing it for the money is wrong, it won't bring your son back and fighting the battle will only serve to make you bitter. God says it is for us to forgive all people. I know from experience that is not always easy to do but it is the best thing to do. If you need to talk about it, e-mail me.
