Women like tattoos.
I personally like them if they are nice tattoos. I like art and some are art. Especially if you pick a tattoo artist who is good and know what they are doing. But most people will say that any tattoo is art. If you pick the right one for you it will look good no matter where you put it.

Most women like guys that have tattoos on their upper arms or back. A man who is covered completely in tattoos is overdoing it a bit much. My opinion on a guy that has a tattoo shows his strong/manly side. Call me weird but hey thats my opinion.

It depends on the tattoos. If they're interesting and not just flash from the wall, they're attractive. It also helps if they can be covered up for more formal occasions. A face tattoo is really going to limit a guy's dating pool.

Tattoos are okay as long as their not overly exaggerated such as covering your whole body with them.

Well, I can't speak for all women, but I think a lot do... and on the back and stomach, chest, arms, ect...

as long as they're not obsessive or offensive. i have ink of my own though, so it's not necessary for my man to have one
