Vinegar will make it frizzy. kinda curly. Then use gel and wax.

If you have even a slight wave to your hair, then get it layered the next time you get it cut, this helps make it look curly - this is what happens to my hair anyway!

after you take a shower towel dry your hair. Afterwards put mousse on and divide your hair into 8 little sections and scrunch them up to make it look like little messy buns. Go to sleep and in the morning voila... curly hair!!! or if your in a hurry after you do the little buns use a diffuser and dry each bun while its still scrunched.

Curling Iron, Rollers, or a quicker way, once you get out of the shower with your hair wet, apply mousse and/or hairspray, get a blower and scrunch it up while drying it. Always works :)
