My buddy thinks he's lactose intollerant. He puts milk in his ceral and leaves the milk behind, drinks milk shakes, and drinks a glass of milk, only if it has choclate or strawberry pouder or syrup in it. IT'S ALL IN HIS HEAD!!!

Well, I have been lactose intolerant since I was a baby, and if he was, he would suffer terrible cramps and bloating, followed by diarrhoea afterwards if he was consuming any milk products. If he is not having these symptoms, then it is probably up in his head.

Not necessarily. I can only drink whole milk. 2% makes me sick unless it is used for cooking.
