SOY!!!
B/c it makes, bean dishes, it makes TOFU, it makes Milk, it makes Cheese, it makes Meat subsitutes too, anything you want to put it in it just blends right in, it can be as texturized as ya want or liquidy as ever or anything inbetween!
I like my Soy ICE cream! Yum. I would of never turned vegan without such a discovery LOL. MUST HAVE ALL my SWEETS!

Bacon and eggs side by each(that's what one of my Quebecois friends calls it), hash browns and toast with coffee. I can eat that meal anytime of the day.

Sushi- because for some reason it is absolutly delicious.
And Wasabi, because it burns so intensly- but then its over before you know it.

jumbalaya. its creole. its rice mixed with spicy sausage and you can add shrip and theres peppers and onions and other seasonings in it too. i love it! it just has an amazing flavor and i love spicy sausage
