It is pretty simple. Nothing goes in without something needing to come out. Input is to Output as Inhale is to Exhale. If you are having trouble using the bathroom, you should try using a laxative. If you use a laxative and that still doesn't work, then you need to seek medical help. You can become very sick if waste continues to build up which could render fatal results. If you don't want someone to have to "dig" it out of you with two fingers, I would suggest that you do something about that problem as soon as possible.

I remember reading about this nasty disease that scientists discovered in the remains of some mummies. It was some kind of disease (maybe caught by a parasite) that caused the bowels to paralyze. What the scientists discovered was a mummy with about 30 pounds of feces in his intestines. Apparently he also died from this disease because the intestines became impacted to the point that the bacteria could penetrate the walls, and so he caught septicemia (blood poisoning) and he closed his eyes upon this world.
An interesting story. The moral? Take a crap when you have to go and be thankful your entrails are capable of pushing the stool out of your cornhole.

We are all exposed to thousands of toxins and chemicals on a daily basis at work, in the home, through the air we breathe, our food and water supply, and through the use of pharmaceutical drugs. In addition, we are eating more sugar and processed foods than ever before in human history and regularly abuse our bodies with various stimulants and sedatives.
These toxins and “dead” foods lead to poor digestion, constipation, toxic colon build-up, weight gain and low energy. These common symptoms are more than just an inconvenience – they can lead to long-term health problems and serious disease.
“Of all the polite topics of conversation, the state of one's intestines is probably at the bottom of most people's lists. Let's face it: Irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, gas, diverticulitis and colon cancer are simply not things we like to discuss. And yet, as the old expression goes, death begins in the colon. Don't believe it? Ask any coroner. Autopsies often reveal colons that are plugged up to 80 percent with waste material.”

Hmm. . . If you have toxins and you don't expell them from your body, what do you think? Not so much "fatal," as very sickening. You can make yourself very sick. After a while, if you're eating continuously, your body will naturally expell some of those toxins: through your urine, skin, mouth, hair, nails, etc.

My mom's a nurse and she has told me it can lead to diverticulitis. And, yes, diverticulitis can be fatal if it is not treated.

Yuuuuup. It can get stuck and build up. If you have too much piled up, then they cut you open and remove it by hand.
