Best pick-up lines hands down is showing a little confidence and walking right up to the girl and asking her, what her name is. Specially if you've sorta been checking each other out, it may seem cheesy but, it's an in which opeens the door for a second question (i.e. what r u doin this weekend, would u like to dance, may i buy you another drink). Worst ... too many to name my friends and I use to play a game to see who could get slapped the first at a bar (Wow you have really nice t*ts can I feel them? and others never work)

I don't use any pick up lines, but I've heard some cheesy funny ones though, like:
"Hey, you wanna go for a pizza and a f**k?" She looks at you like, what did you just say? Then you say, "What, you don't like pizza.
"You must be tired, cause you've been racing through my mind all night."
Mostly what works is a confident "Hi" and maybe some improv humor with a few inuendos.

Have you ever taken a total stanger home and had sex in every possible way until the wee hours of dawns glow or neither of you could move? Do you want to? This one worked after about several slaps. But it still worked.

I know that this one was in a commercial, but back in my partying days I actually heard a guy use " Are you from Tennessee, because you are a 10, I see?" Not only was it pathetic, her husband was in the booth not 6 feet from the bar and right behind them.
