1) write a book like "lords of the rings" and make big buck and share with us here who have answer your question.
2)invent something, just imagine what would it be like if edison didnt invent the light bulb. Imagine somebody at that time tells you the he will make light without fire or talk to a friends miles and mild away at that time.
anyways...get a rest and do something like fishing, hiking, or better yet try to answer question on yahoo answer.

People choose to create their reality. The majority can't rule on this one, sorry. I personally re-create my reality daily. Knowing when I go into it that if I create in someone else's space I must pay the consequences. So, just stay in your space and make your world what you want it to be. Just be sure to stay in your own space.

seek mentle health, ask to see a theripst, and meds will help to, you probully have a disorder that can be treated. please go get help, so you can find out what is going on and the theripist can help you alot in figuring this out, and if you need meds please take them if they make you feel better, and you don't feel distorted anymore or as bad. you'll be o.k and there is nothing wrong in getting help. Take a break from whatever it is you are doing - at least two weeks. That will help your mind "reset" a bit.
I know it helped me when I was addicted to something and couldn't really see past my obsession.
