It's not abnormal though a little unusual.
Unless of course the woman is the totally quiet type.
As long as both are comfortable with that and enjoy the time together, no problem.
Well, hmm, maybe he has yet to find the right buttons to press to increase the volume of the lady..

People may or may not display pleasure at different levels. Why concern yourself with that. When my partner displays pleasure it turns me on more. some people are inhibited about showing their pleasure. While others are very flamboyant about it. I am sometimes loader then my partner. But i remember a screamer. now that bothered me because I lived in an apartment and was afraid that someone would think I was rapping her. Also she was breaking my eardrums. Chill about his noise, enjoy it, get loud with him. if your not cheering at the game your not enjoying the game. If your not dancing with the music your not enjoying the music to it's fullest.Get involved and stop worrying if he is normal because he is enjoying himself.

sex is not a noise making contest...if you scream like a Banshee or are as quiet as a churchmouse doesn't really matter in the long run...of course, if your mate finds it necessary to break into a rousing rendition of "The Star Spanggled Banner" every time he (or she) approaches climax, you may have cause for concern...

i dun think its abnormal. different people express their pleasure in different ways. try to use it as a stimulator to your sex life instead of a turn off button. moanings can be really sexy sometimes... it shows that you're making him feel great, which is a great sexual boost.
