Of course they can... Have you never heard of Braille?? It's a system of dots pushed into paper and blind people read texts by running their fingers along the lines... It takes a lot of practice, trust me but it's doable. There is a little metal stencyl with a ton of little holes in it, you put your paper inside, start pushing dots into the paper and you're writing in Braille.

Yes, they can learn to write. If they go blind in life, they probably already know how to write.

yes have a friend not born blind but she can write pretty good

can people with good vision read? To answer your question yes I've read some books written by blind people, and to answer mine only a few.

Helen Keller wrote books when she was blind AND deaf. Talk about a miracle.

They write in braille. They have a guide where they can punch out the braille letters.

Many also use computers which are voice activated.

yeah surely they can write....but i am not sure whether they write a legible language or not.they will surely write but i don't know whether u will be able to read it or not
