My friend is the coke addict, not me. I will never do that stuff. I was hoping I could find out something that would scare her enough to quit.

The cocaine will aggitate her bowel and make her go more often. That is of course if she is eating prolperly. Most cocain addicts don't.
Crohn's disease also has a tendency to make poeple thinner anyway because food is not being properly digested.
Then not eating right adds to it.
She will definately become malnurished wich will effect major organ function. Severe malnurishment will cause irreversable damage to heart, kidney's and brain.
Also it will speed up the progress of her disease.
So, you can tell her if she plans to remain on the cocaine she will end up with a colostomy bag attached to her abdomen sooner than she thinks.

Umm, how about just staying away from it? Cocaine can kill a healthy person the first time he/she tries it; why take the risk? In addition to addiction and instant death, I have seen numerous individuals wind up in the ER because they are having heart attacks due to their cocaine use. You already have Crohn's...why risk your heart and your life?

P.S. I could not find any info. on the added risks for Crohn's sufferer's who use cocaine.
