Your a mess right now. What you need is TIME to heal your emotional wounds. If you are certain it is over (that is, if he has made that clear to you,) then I suggest you try to fall out of love with him. Think of his flaws and maginify them in your mind. Pick up a book called how to fall out of love.
Those are just a couple of suggestions. Good luck.

Look girlfriend, life is too short for you to put this much misery into one man. Men is like a bus one comes every 5 minutes so catch one. You have to say to yourself, let it go and if it was meant to be it'll come back, love that is and it doesn't mean that you wait in misery for it to happen.Your own happiness first and foremost should be the most important thing in your life and if you are choosing to give that up for someone that doesn't love you enough to be with you then you need more help then yahoo answers. You deal with this by moving on and moving forward and when you do it will ease the pain in your heart and eventually go away completely and you will stop thinking about him because you will be enjoying life and maybe even new found love. You may end up missing out on your true love by waisting your time wanting to be with someone that obviously didn't appreciate you or you would still be together. So read this and read it good, Today is the first day of the rest of your life and you intend on making it count.

STOP dwelling on HIM!
YOU are the person you should be thinking of now.
You'll NEVER get over him at the rate you're going.
Get outside into the fresh air. Get rid of those cobwebs in your head. Go for a walk. Go for a bike ride. Go to the park and take a ride on a swing. Meet some new people. Talk to a stranger.
S - M - I - L - E.........There's a bright new world at your front door!

Time heals all wounds. Discipline your thoughts. Remind yourself, thinking about that person only prolongs your pain. Besides, what value does thinking about that person bring? Would thinking about that person change your current situation?
To tell yah honestly, after sometime you'd accept things and you might still think abou this person sometimes but will get over him when you fall for another guy sometime in the future.
Don't make your life too dramatic.

That's exactly what I was asking three months ago. But suddenly one day, I realized I wasn't in love with that person anymore. I still loved her, but I could move on, I wasn't IN love. Time was the only thing that did it for me, not dates (I rebounded a bit) or ignoring the opposite sex completely or just trying to completely forget her. You just gotta wait it out, and even though it's hell if you really loved them, it'll end.

Change you thinking. Get involved with some activities that you like. People will come and go in your life, all you really have is you.

First of all you need time, second of all you need to do things that take your mind off of him... or even try hanging out with friends more! I always found that to help.
