From my past experience, I don't prefer travel agencies, but it's up to you. You can compare the prices at the end. If you are a student, I also recommend you to call airplane companies if they offer you extra discount. Good Luck!

Try www.expedia.com. When I was looking for tickets to Rome (leaving from Kentucky) thats where I found the cheapest ones.

It all really depends where you are starting from and how long you need to stay. Update your question and you will probably get better advice to help you find a cheaper fare.

If you fly from the UK try Thompsonfly and Ryanair. We've used them a lot and they're great.
