Sometimes a man that has a big D--k can kinda hurt our insides. Not having the extra pee inside of us helps us to make room for well hung men. Also any urine in a bladder that is being pounded on will hurt.

because during sex, the guys member can put a lot of pressure on the uterus and then on the womans bladder and cause them to have to go potty, so if we empty it before then we dont have as much as a problem with the pressure.
ALSO, BOTH GUYS AND GIRLS NEED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM AFTER SEX SO THEY CAN CLEAN THEMSELVES OUT...IT PREVENTS THEIR RISK OF GETTING A URINARY TRACT INFECTION...!!!
