I think it's watching porn movie, because it's harder to purify a corrupted mind, than to cleanse a body by fasting. But since both are illicit, both should be avoided,it also depends on the situation and intention. In Islam, one commits a lesser evil if they just keep it to themselves and not confide it to anyone,although still a sin which is recorded in a clear record, of which we try to hide or reveal.

Eating pork while thinking, "I don't care. I'll go to Hell for all I care. It tastes good." That's the major BAD.
Eating pork without intention/accidentally isn't considered a sin.

Muslims have to be the stupidest people on Earth. What's wrong with pork? Why did God make the pig? What's so bad about having sex outside of your family?
