If the exterior seems performed, it doesnt nessericly recommend that the interior is performed to. So p.c.. a random muffin and heavily stick a toothpick into the middle. Pull it out. If the toothpick is sparkling then the muffin is performed, if it has some muffin batter on it. then the cakes desire to cook for a pair minutes later.
