Definition of HARAM: Not allowed to Muslims.
E.g: Eating pork is HARAM.
Gambling and drinking are HARAM acts.
Opposite of Haram: Halal.
E.g. Eating beef is HALAL.

Do you mean HARMFUL? There is no word "haram".

If it is harmful, no they are not. They just change the color of your eyes.

"Haram" IS a word, it means "pure".

Well if you meant harmful then no if they are prescribed for you by an eye doctor but if you bought them off the street then they most likely are bad for your eyes.
