i am disabled and have been for 4 years how do i file renters rebate when i dont file fed taxes?

Where do you live? If you're in Pennsylvania, you have until June 30 to file, so need to get it done fast. Deadline was extended in 2005, but haven't heard anything about an extension in 2006. Most local libraries have the forms you need, or check with office of your state representative. Rent rebate form is totally separate from income tax filing.
