I think you can still join with a "lazy eye". My father is visually impaired (wears glasses/contacts) and is in the Army. Its nothing to worry about, really. I wear glasses but thats not gonna stop me from joining the Air Force (and yes, i am joining).

Almost nobody is a pilot in the air force and only pilots and co-pilots have to have perfect sight. So yes you can join their huge support system.

The MEPS center will screen you medically to see if you qualify for military service.

Beware that if you are going after a special job or training that you may be disqualified from doing it. Color blindness and other visiual impaiments may only let you qualify for certain jobs and certain jobs in many cases are undesirable ones.

there are certain jobs you won't be able to do, pilot, air traffic control etc. but yes, you can definetely join with a lazy eye.

i'm pretty sure that wont be a deciding factor in whether you are able to join or not. there are plenty of other things that they are more concerned about. i knew a girl who joined the army, and she was narcoleptic.

You won't be a pilot. But I'm sure there are other things you can do.
