This is quite gross but I have heard pigs have 30 minute orgasms. Can you imagine how awesome even a 1 minute orgasm would be? I really wish orgasms were longer than the 10-15 or so seconds mine are. The best I can tell you is to take deep breaths and stop and start a few times (if you're masturbating) before coming., That makes it more intense. well, it actually is possible, I've experienced one that length (and im male) and given one longer. If you are a girl, and you find the right partner for sex, the whole experience feels like one long orgasm. You have to be able to hold the muscule when you orgasam. Also Scream when you do.
You probley won't have one that is 5 mins but it will be alot longer.
You could have sex with your special someone and have him keep going while you orgasam. You can orgasam again in another 10 secs . If he gets tired bang just have him switch to fingering you.

hmm slowing down the sexual act will make the orgasm longer but I am not sure you have enough stamina to last for the 4 hours it would take.

there is one way but i can't tell you because it's bad for you,after you do this stuff you'll love sex all day or for even 2 days,but you won't sleep for about 3 days,but you'll watch pornos all day,maybe even 2 at a time..lol,leave that stuff alone hun,it sux.
