Uhm....become friends? That's what I usually do. If you really like him maybe call him, get to know him and hey if you like each other a lot, meet. Just be careful.

look,it is not at all safe to fall in love with a person u havent seen or met.who knows he might just ditch you suddenly...there are very less chances of true love.but my advice wont help you coz u have to follow ur heart and do what it says.but think of the consequences b4 taking any step
