I recommend you do it after or during a shower. Put a shaving cream or gel and let set for like five minutes. Try to shave with the grain as much as possible. Re-lather and shave against. I follow up with a lotion to reduce irrtation. Over time it shouldn't be a problem anymore. Don't rush it . Good Luck.

Exfoliate your underarms with a scrub to clean pores clogged by deo and sweat (and bactera) before you shave. Then, use a new razor blade and shaving cream. Shave down, then up. You can use a bump reducing shaving cream, aqua glycolic facial cleanser, or even hair conditioner. A bikini bump reducing cream can also help.

Just keep doing it and after a week or 2 the bumps go away and dont come back if you keep shaving it. Always use a new razor too.

Trim your hair first, it is razor burn. Girls don't have to do this, but if a man starts out hairy and just shaves them all that hair dulls the razor.

Use a sharp (read: new) blade, and use some sort of shave gel/cream. Don't shave em dry, because it HURTS. D:
