Well, Adam and Eve were the first humans, and as far as we know, humans did not co-exist with dinosaurs, so the answer is simply:
before
Please note that this does not contradict anything the bible says, although some Christians whom choose to interpret everything in the bible literally would like to make you think so. God created the Earth in 7 days before a "day" even existed. Therefore, there is no way to quantify how long a period of time is meant by a "day" in the creation story.

This is simple minded. Directed Evolution and God's "day" are only ways to convey a creationist story to the people needing to grapple with a sense of "origin." Don't be "dismissive" of God simply because "the good book" has many interpretive latitudes. If you're in a life threatening situation, "religion" comes on like a second nature. "There are no atheists in the foxholes." Human-kind is way too ignorant and way too bounded in its rationality to presume "there is no God." Teloeological sensibilities surrounding the very delicate balance here on Planet Earth should clue you in straight- away! I mean what are the possibilities of us even having a moon the ideal size... moreover its evidently ideal distance from earth... without it...and the Sun... go figure!

Most probably, dinosaurs co-existed with humans, since they were near perfection, and had small population, that wouldn't be a problem.
But after the flood, they all went out, i.e. drowned.

Animals came before Man.
Dinosaurs were mutations by Satan because he was unhappy that God saw that his (God's) creation was good. He wanted to tamper with it- he was angry that he was banished to the earth
Mutations take a long time to happen, therefore, Man came before the dinosaurs.
DINO- large
Sauras - lizards
come on, man, what does a snake look like? a lizard with no legs? yeah, cos Satan was made to slither, God gave him no legs man, so he wanted to see himself with the legs, mighty and powerful and LARGE, compared to God's puny creations, but God sent a flood and drowned the dinos away, thats why sharks still exist man, they live in the water full time.

Before. I kind of did not want to answer and to go under the category "Religious"...I believe that God sent Jesus to the Earth to free us from religions...Jesus wanted to teach us to have a personal relationship with God.

Genesis 1:24-26
And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so.God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
