All Christian faiths except Catholics allow their priests to marry. In Buddhism, there are no priests, only spiritual leaders, so it doesn't really apply unless you're a monk. Paganism, yes definitely. Judaism, rabbis can be married. Muslim Imams can also take a wife.

In the Bible priest are commanded to marry. Aaron, who was the first High Priest had many sons. All his sons were priests and they were commanded to teach their sons how to be proper priests as well. This was to be carried out throughout all generations.

Now of course Catholics reject the Bible and so the Biblical definition of priest is not something that they would agree with. So they don't follow the Bible in this matter and other matters, they prefer to follow their own man made traditions.

Hinduism allows priests to marry. Also Hinduism does not allow conversions, so an individual who is of another religion can not convert to Hinduism - you can only be born in to it.

Imams (spiritual leaders in Islam) marry. Celibacy is not encouraged.
