Structure is very important to children, I personally think 10 on school nights, 11 all other nights, however as a step father I apparently dont have any say in it, so if you see 3 kids age 8, 10, 11 fall down tired during the day and wired all night, it could be them

I put my 2 year old down around 9 (no later than 10) since I'm not a morning person and I can still have some time to myself at night. For yours since they are in school I would recommend 8 for the 2 younger ones. As for the 10 year old try 9 and see if it works.

I would say 8 for the first two and 9 for the 10 year old... it goes by age...from toddler to 7 me and my sister( four yr age difference) went to bed at 8, 8-9 was 8:30, 10 to 12 it was 9... then 9:30 at 13-15, 10 at 16, 11 at 17 and 18--- midnight on weekends...curfew.

We had to be in bed by 8pm, I let my kids stay up till 8-8:30pm. Depending on there attitudes, Summer was a little later when they hit 10yrs. The 10 year old should have a half hour without the little ones around. When I let them stay up later during the school year, the next day was bad. But they didn't watch much TV either, we made them play outside and read books. So when they went to bed they read for about 20minutes to. They were better in school for it, we really noticed a difference. Plus you Will have your own quite time to do what you want, relaxing with out children running around is bliss. Good luck.

every child is different. Some kids can get away with less sleep. My son is 7 and his bedtime is 7:30, except for the weekends. He requires a lot of sleep to get through the day and amazingly, he is always sleeping by 8.

Kids need 9 hours of sleep, so depending on what time they get up, 9 hours before would be the perfect bedtime.
