Tell him how you feel. Even though he is leaving its always worth the feeling deep down inside knowing that he knows how you feel. He maybe even want to give it a shot with a long distance relationship. Good Luck!!

The only thing she can do is tell him how she feels before he leaves. It will make her feel better to get it off her chest and it will give him something to think about on his way to....wherever he is going. If its meant to be it will happen one way or another.
