Blue Margarita
1 oz. Tequila (I prefer Jose Cuervo)
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
5 oz. Lime Mix
Rim the glass with salt. You can either blend this or make it on the rocks (which is my preference). Garnish with a lime wedge.

*Amaretto Sour
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Sugar
Instructions:
Shake well with crushed ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.

two words, beer float! actually a good mix drink is captain morgan and sprite or yukon jack with a splash of lime juice on the rocks, both will do the job.
