no its not wrong. Actually its pretty natural. Chances are the charteristics that you like about your best friend are also part of her brother's personality.
My sister married her best friend's brother. She was friends with Tracy since grade school and never paid any attention to Tracy's older brother, Tim. Til one day when she was at Tracy's visiting and Tim was on leave from the army. (At this point, my sister had known the family over ten years). Tim had to go to the store for something and Tracy was in the middle of something important, so she suggested Becky go along to help Tim. During that ride to the store and back, Tim and Becky really hit it off and started dating. Three months later, he proposed to her.
They've been married fourteen years now and today are each other's best friends.

It depends on the situation I suppose.I married my brothers bestfriend(slightly different situation I know)and we are doing great, but my brother and my husband went from hanging out everyday to seeing eachother once every six months and are not nearly as close as they were.It may cause problems in the friendship.I hope this helps with your question.

No its not wrong, but it could make your friendship a little weird. I mean you might want to talk to your friend and see if she has a problem with you liking him. If she has a problem I would listen to your friend because its not worth losing her, and if she doesnt mind you liking him then maybe you could ask him on a date or something. Good Luck!!

My best friend liked my brother, and my mom married her best friend's brother, so I would say no.
Actually I was kind of hoping my best friend WOULD marry my brother because then instead of being "like sisters" we would be "sister-in-laws" and it'd feel even more like we were sisters!
Yeah I'm a geek, I know ;o)

Why not if your best friend don't mind.....but remember you are taking a risk........if things go sour between you and your best friend's brother, it could effect your relationship with your best friend..Are you willing to take the chances?
