I've noticed that on some music videos, the directors use a handheld camera and I wanted to know model do they use

All different sorts. But a professional, slick video costs tens of thousands of dollars, and they usually use professional cameras - even for handheld shots. Those can cost over $100,000.
My brother in law is a professional camera man for tv and he owns one.
