First of all get her on birth control. secondly get her enrolled in some kind of Mommy group. Check with your Social Services in your area for more information.

Be a positive role model, by showing her that mistakes are now her treasures and that you being an awesome friend and Aunt is something to work towards. Maybe show her how to take care of the kids and have fun, then maybe you and her do something fun together with someone else watching the kids for an hour or so. She is still young herself. Also go with her to the doc and get her checked out fully and protected from now on. Show her to respect her body and her mind as well as her little family members that she needs to love and do her best to raise with your loving support. Even if you can't be there all the time, let her feel that you are there in heart, she is not alone, and she can do anything positive she sets out to do. Good Luck!

some of these answers are really horrible, how dare someone suggest that she give them up 4 adoption? age does not determine what type of parent u r. Her parents are the ones who are obviously not fit as they were bad role moles, didnt instill any values in their daughter and left her at a time of need. Damn! thats bad parenting.
Just help her out around the house and give her emotional support, being a young single mum can b very depressing and its nice 2 have someone there to boost your spirits. Also help her find a way to continue with school as she is gonna need a good education to get a reliable job down the track. Offer her some baby sitting or help orginise a baby sitting group so she can go 2 school.

you have a 13 year old niece, and she has 2 kids, already? the best suggestion I can make to you, is just be there for her, and let her no, that she can talk to you like a mother, or a best friend, just make the time to listen to her, and invite her over for dinner, etc,, so that she will feel like a part of the family, and not an outsider

Tell her that she isn't old enough to have two kids and she should think about giving them up for adoption. Kids need a good home with parents that are physically, financially, and emotionally ready to have kids and my guess is she is not any of those. I'm adopted and it is the best thing that ever happened to me and my biological mother was too young to take care of me and she was 16 so it would be hard but tell her it is best to think anout the children's best interest mostly but her own also because she is way too young to raise a child!!!!!!!!!

YOU have a truly difficult task indeed. You are female yourself, but you really should measure your help. Don't let your tender heart fail to let that girl learn some lessons she's going to need. Nobody out there in life is going to just love and help this girl. I don't know enough about her situation with her mother to be of much help but this girl needs a reality check! You are going to have to be increasingly tough on her. You should start right away. When she wants to blow the anger of her frustration at you you'll have to lovingly hit her with a dose of reality. We are all so dumb at 13. Look for a school that lets girls in that situation continue their education. It's going to be hard enough if she's an agreeable sort. If she's not then she should go somewhere for professional help.

She's 13 and she's a mother of TWO? That's insane!
There's a guy or two out there who needs a good a$$ kicking.
Take care of her and make sure she uderstands that because of the mistakes she cut her childhood short. She needs to be a good mother to her kids and not be a kid herself.
It'll be hard for her but but she brought it on herself.

I would imagine that you could offer to stay and watch the kids sometime. Also you could give her a couple dollars a week to help her along. You could bring over some food for them sometimes. I'm sorry if this isn't what you meant.
