Chew a sugarfree gum with xylitol in it. Xylitol is a sugar substitute that helps fight cavities. Research has shown that xylitol causes the cavity-causing bacteria to mutate and the bacteria cannot produce the acid that causes cavities. All flavors of Orbit contain xylitol. And the newer flavors of Trident contain xylitol (it says it right on the front "Trident with Xylitol"). Oribt has more minty flavors, and the Trident with Xylitol has some fruity flavors.

Any sugar free gum will get the job done. All gum will stimulate saliva, which helps fight cavities. But sugar free gum will do this without sugar, a known culprit in tooth decay.
