There is no age limit to wearing a thong. We live in a free country which means you and I can wear a thong with Jesusfish on it, if that is what we want to do.

My grand mother wares a thong there is nothing at all wrong with it. Thank you for the fish warning It would be nice if you bought some feminine hygiene products and you didn't need the fish warning but it is a nice idea.

A thong should only be worn by a "hardbody"... think- Miss Universe, or the girls from Baywatch.
Anyone with sagginess shouldn't wear one.

That depends. It depends on where you wear it. On your head, no problem. Under your pants/dress/skirt, that's up to you. Over your pants/dress/skirt, it's still alright, but only if you're already wearing one on your head.
