So as you know I am pretty much in love with the guy Nathan and he pretty much is in love with me... what should I say to him? I've never really talked to him.. We're both into sports we're both athletic and we both REALLY like eachother. I don't know him! What should I say to him when I see him?? like what should I say to him to start a conversation?

You have no idea the torture men go through, hoping that girl feels the same way about them that we do. You said in your question you're both in love with each other. If he can't make the first move, YOU do it.

Okay, wait a minute. How can a person be in love with someone if they have never met, and or talked? Don't get the idea that this is going to be what your thinking, you may decide that he is not what you think at all. If nothing else maybe you can be friends. First start saying Hi Nathan (include his name) and give him your best smile when you see him..
After a couple of weeks of doing this, pull him aside and ask him if he likes you (shocking I know BUT trust me it works!!).. He will be 100% honest with his answer because he won't have time to think. LOL You probably think it's a bad idea but it's not, guys like confident girls who don't play mind games...this way you'll be honest and when he says "yes", you can tell him something like "(giggle first) I like you too, you should call me sometime" Than give him your #
