Never actually read it did you? They did not just have two children. Also it speaks of others beside them.

People lived a loooooong time back then, nearly to 1000 years. After a few centuries there were bound to available women. There wasn't a such a genetic risk then as there is today in marrying blood relatives.

One can argue day and night about the validity of Bible. But everyone, and I mean everyone, believes the human race descended from two humans - it's math.

The Bible is true. It's written in such a way that you can't prove everything in it (or disprove for that matter). You're just given enough to interpret the world around you. If you could, you'd be damned because you have no faith. Faith is what saves people's souls.

The more I look around me, the more I believe what the Bible says, whether it's nature, science, human nature, etc.

When reading the Bible, it also says that later on Adam and Eve had more children, who lived almost a thousand years! I know, all this seems so weird thinking about it today! But I know the Bible is true because you will find that everything in Revelation is unfolding, the wars, and stuff, alot of things in the Bible are not 100% clear to us now, but prayers do get answered, God is up there, and his book is true!

Adam and Eve had more than 2 sons; Cain and Abel were the first, but Adam and Eve were instructed to multiply. What am I talking about? That whole thing is just a story, a nice story, but a story nonetheless. But it's a good question and it means you are seeking truth. Congrats.

You need to read a little more Bible. Adman lived 939 years and had many sons and daughters. Genesis 5: 4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:

You should keep reading. It doesn't stop there; that's just the beginning.

You may find out, like I have, that how the earth got populated is one of the minor concerns of man kinds.

The first part of the Bible is the Hebrew Scriptures which is a series of books written by and about different Jewish people down through the years.

After Jesus Christ came (my personal belief) the New Testament was recorded. It is a series of books written by people who knew Jesus or had first or second hand knowledge of Him.

Yes, it's true.

Adam and Eve went on to have more children than just Cain and Abel.

Only Adam's direct line made it thought the flood anyway.

The bible was made by humans! Like you and me. Church makes a believe on things that are not real. The bible is not a magic book written by itself! Trust yourself, is the only thing that is real, yourself, be smart.

I think it was made up, but should be read as a metaphor. Take Jesus for example. He could represent the good in everybody. Remember when he fasts in the desert and Satan offers him more power than his father, and he doesn't except? That's good triumphing over evil. His death. That's evil triumphing over good. It happens, that's just the way it is unfortunately. His resurrection. Good will always return to be on top over evil.
