It is supposed to be an aphrodisiac of sorts. But many women who get a tattoo tend to regret it later in life. Most do not admit it at first, but they eventually do. More than half of my female co-workers who have had a tattoo for more than 5 years always give advice to the younger ones who are thinking of getting one. Usually they say, “Don’t do it. It will not come off when you get tired of having it on your body.”

it is considered a socially acceptable place for a girl to get a tattoo. like on the ankle. a chick with a bicep tattoo is seen as either butch or really hardcore. when a girl gets a tattoo it will usually be on (in order of popularity) ankle, lower back, ***, hip. it is also a tattoo that is usually is in part seen, so people have to ask to look at it to see the whole thing. and lifting your shirt to show it off is sexier than rolling up your pants leg.

mine is there because i placed my tattoos in places that will be easily hid in my rocking chair years. i don't want my little great grandchildren pointing to the ink on my ankle and saying 'wow grandma when did you get that?'. how tacky! i have one on my lower back and one on the side of my arss. both visible by my boyfriend and at the beach yet easily covered when i desire to be conservative. that's it. nothing subliminal.
