no ink comes out on the paper, the computer says that the cartridges are full as well.

try cleaning the cartridges. it may hav dry ink on them.. you can dip the edge of the cartridge with lukewarm water. then try pressing it down on tissue paper to see if any ink comes out.

the ports on the printer heads may have dry ink on the them.

clean the bottom of the cartridges and printer heads with something like rubbing alochol (spelling)

It is probably the fact that the paper may not be responding correctly. My printer did that for a while, but the paper was not feeding properly. After that, you just may have to reboot the computer and see what happens after that.

The inkjet element that superheats the ink may be broken. Contact HP and see if they can recommend a local servicing station.
