rope jumping. Not running cuz it tightens your hamstring and make you less flexible and it also widens the size of your thighs. Rope jumping, however, tones your whole body and make you lose body fat instead of muscles. It also makes your more active. And it is so not boring. You can easily stick with it for years.

I don't believe there is such a thing as 'easy' exercise to obtain the look you want in a short period of time. If you want the quickest results, you HAVE to train hard. Walking is an excellent start, but won't necessarily firm you up quickly. Higher impact aerobics and fast paced exercise is going to work the quickest. When you get your heart pumping, that really gets the blood moving around the body to burn up the fat in the cells.
You should consult your physician before participating in any strenuous exercise, but if you have done that already, I recommend kickboxing and biking. Two exercises that I just love and see a difference in matter of weeks.
You should continue exercise once you get into the habit so that you don't find yourself in a similar predicament in the future.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Running or other cardio for 45-60 min 4 times a week, with 3 times a week weight training. Lower caloric intake. Anything anyone else will tell you is crap.

no excercise will get rid of fat, it is all about the diet. a women who weighs between 140-150lbs should be consuming around 1500 calories aday with 55% protein, 30% carbs, 15% fat. divided over 5-6 meals, with atleast 30mins of cardio 5 days aweek, and atleast 30mins. of weight lifting 4-5 days a week.
Hope this helps.

Wake up, Dorothy!
There are no such things as easy exercises!! That's why they're called "exercises"!! Why does everyone want something EASY and RIGHT AWAY??!! Hard work and results TAKE TIME!! Please give yourself the time, and the rest is just plain HARD WORK!! And you might want professional help with a doctor--Too many people have keeled over dead, not even knowing they had a heart valve problem, or something similar!! Good luck!

Do toning exercises like good old-fashioned sit-ups, push-ups, and pull-ups. You can make a chart or something to track your progress. I would gradually increase the rigor of your workout each day as long as you aren't hurting yourself. This keeps me fit!
