NEVER stop fighting! Take a form of defence like Karate for a class cuz it teaches u all types of defence moves. Bite. Kick punch YELLLLL as loud as u can. Don't walk where there aren't any people or houses alone at night.

1) Safety in numbers. Have an escort to your car, stay in public places, go with groups. Avoid being isolated.

2) Being aware of your surroundings is the best defense. But carrying a weapon (I keep a switchblade, pepper spray and a pair of handcuffs in my purse) is a confidence boost.

3) Having someone check in with you every 4-6 hours is a mental safety net- that way you know if you ever did go missing, someone would be looking for you right away.

Take a women's self defense class.
Know the difference between being self-aware & safe, and just being paranoid. Taking precautions is good, trying to see threats everywhere is bad. Taking the steps above should build your confidence & keep your calm so you can keep a grip in a crisis situation.

The main thing to remember this:
Never let yourself be moved to a new location!

This is so important because after you are in another location, your chances of surviving are not so good.

Do whatever you can to stay where you are when he confronts you.
This includes screaming, scratching his eyes, kicking his balls, hiding from him, attaching yourself or wedging yourself in pipes or anything that might anchor you, or, if he has you in a car, jumping from the car. I know all this sounds scary, but it's what you have to do to not be taken to location #2 where you are so vulnerable to his whims.

Practice it in private. Be ready to do it in public. Precious moments are lost sometimes when people hesitate to do the right thing immediately.

And it certainly wouldn't hurt to take some karate courses.
Carry mace with you.
The Boy Scout motto, Be Prepared, applies here!

OK lots of good things but one that is not the best idea the hit to groin is not the best place to go. one it is a harder shot than you may think and people can take a lot of pain if they really want something. the best place is the eyes or and bridge of the nose not only will it hurt but it will make there eyes water even if you do not get a good shot in. and it is very hard to do any thing if you can not see. second do not shut up yell as loud even if you do not think there is any one around he will be focused on you and it may be enough to make him panic. thirded if he gets you in his arms or has a hold on you curl up in a ball , fetal position. even if you are small it is hard to hold a person in that position and very hard to stop them from doing it. it is much easy to pick someone up around their waist or torso. they will most likely have to put you down are drop you and you can start trying to get away again if he keeps trying you keep fighting and never stop screaming. bite scratch go nuts I am a dad of 4 two boys and two girls i practice this stuff with them i do not want to scare them to death but i also want to keep them forever

I would carry some Mace or pepper spray. You can buy this over the internet even if it is illegal in your state (it is here in Massachusetts). It requires little skill to use and is very effective.
I often carry a short piece of steel tubing with me, no longer than 6-7 inches. Don't threaten anybody with it, just smack them in the head with it when you are trying to get away.
Alternately, study a martial art. This is time consuming but the confidence you get from it is very worthwhile.

Yell, kick, scream or pinch as hard as you can!!!
Get the kidnapper's sensitive place and hurt it!!!! The person will loosen it's grip or let go, and you will have to take you're advantage and run(!!!!!!!!!!!!) as fast as you can!!!!! yell and scream wile you are running and try to find a place with lots of people. Because if you get in that car you are dead.
Go to the police station And try do identify the person. Tell them where it happened and answer all of the questions.

Try to carry mace or a tazer with you. Alot of people, including the police carry these products, mostly the mace. Learn how to use each object properly.

Also, if you were to be kidnapped and is conscious, try to relax all of your muscles so the assailant is carrying the full bluk of your weight, making him/her slower and easier for someone to spot.

Always carry pepper spray and a whistle on your keys. If someone grabs you, scream as loud as you can. Even if you are threatened, scream anyway, because if you are put into a car, you are as good as dead. Always be cautious. Never go anywhere alone at night. Take care

Two areas of the body to attack are the eyes and the throat. A finger in the eye, and I mean gouge it, is a sure way to give you time to run. Anything you can get your hands becomes weapon. Use it in the eyes and the throat.

I think it's because of "just in case" the person wants to know. You could just kick 'em in the shin. Hurts. Or you could just shout. But, if you're an kid or teen, better just run away and scream.
