i have breast milk coming out ,i have never breastfed my baby and it has dried up i thought could i be pregnant

Usually milk will dry up before you have the baby even if you are still breastfeeding another child, so it is unlikely that you would begin lactating if you were pregnant.
Breastmilk is custom made for the age of the baby you are breastfeeding. The nutrients change as the baby grows. It is one of natures miracles. It begins with the highly nutritious colostrum and will continue to change with your baby even into toddler years and beyond if you were to continue to breastfeed.
Like I said in your other question have your Thyroid fuction tested. And if you do have another baby please consider breast feeding. Its an awesome experience and creates a special relationship with your child. I breastfed my son until he was 2 and a half and I loved it.

My GF is still breast feeding her 3yr old so thats no problem. Now she is pregnant with my child and he has stopped but she still produces it. I think the taste must be different now and he has gone off it. Thank god.

actually it is actually encouraged that you breast feed you child till even after they turn two.
