completely ignore his hugs. don't hug him back.
keep talking about your girlfriend.
don't smile him back when he winks at you.
it's kinda werid for men to hug another man unless he has given a gift or it's a farewell party or something.
good luck

Just try to avoid him. I think it's weird to hug people that you work with unless they've given you something....(like a gift).
Tell him you're busy. Maybe say you're going out with a girl somewhere....when he asks you out for a drink.
I dunno. Not much you can do about the shoulder thing but I would try to avoid hugging him.
There's really not much you can do unless you want to start a whole world of trouble by claiming sexual harassment, which I don't suggest b/c it's hard to prove and will brand you as a trouble maker and eventually get you fired.
Just avoid him or ignore it unless he touches you in a bad place or unless he comes out and says something. At which point you need to tell someone or tell him youre not interested.
I mean you could just find another job.
Good Luck!

Always invite him for dinner first. Make sure u give him a hand shake in he place of a hug and try to think of him as just being too friendly to u rather than being gay. it might help. i had a colleague who was like that too. It turned out he was just being too friendly cause he had a fiance.

Strange. I would suggest to you to have your girlfriend to come to work one day and take you to lunch. Give her a big hug and kiss when she arrives and make sure she knows whats going on so that she can lay on the charm. Try this. If this doesnt work, then just tell him that you are not gay.

You tell nothing is wrong with being gay. If so, then why do you want to scape from?

what you are experiencing is sexual harassment. sexual harassment is defined as "unwelcome touching or unwelcome sexual advances" ...that would be the winking.
contact your HR department immediately, or get yourself a good lawyer.
sounds like you definitely have a case.
