Straw, like any plant material, contains nitrogen and various protein compounds. However, these are all locked up in cellulose, which is indigestible for humans. So unless you're an herbivore or a termite, straw has no nutrition.

There may be traces of nutrients, unless the organism ingesting it is capable of digesting cellulose.

It is probably about 98% cellulose.
