You got a gland in the brain that produces a hormone called"prolactine" that makes you continue producing milk .In order to stop this after breast feeding (which I presume you did ) you need to
a: wear a tight bra b: Don't squeeze the nipples (neither should your partner t(you know what I mean) c: If that fails your Doc should give you a script for a medicine called Bromocriptine 2.5 mg twice a day for 14 days , that should do it
If this fails your M.D my want to do a Blood test & other tests (prolactine level) ,(X ray Pituitary fossa )To rule out pituitary gland tumers Hopefully you don't have a Fricken HMO insurance
We don't accept those inWesrern Kansas Hope that helps .You didn't give much details about this question

The hormone that causes you to produce breast milk only turns off when you stop using the milk. So, if you pumped your milk every day, you'd produce it for the rest of your life. Once you stop using your milk, it will stop forming.

It is possible your thyroid gland is not functioning properly. This can cause you to lactate unaccountably. Have your dr. check this out, this can cause many other problems as well.
Also,
Try cabbage leaves on the breasts to dry up the milk. This works well. Something in the cabbage causes the milk to dry up.

you will continue to produce breast milk as long as someone is encouraging it, meaning a baby breastfeeding, sexual intimacy, or you messing with them.

i was unable to breast feed my 1yrold as it didnt have any nutrients in it but 13 mnths later i still leak on occasions i asked my doctor about it and he said that some woman never dry up they cant explain it just happens although it does get better eventually.
and just to clarify the only stimulation my breasts get is when i lean on them filling the bath tub or when i bend over and lean on them but i would go see you doctor and talk to him/her yourself.

Maybe your body is telling you to BREASTFEED your baby. It's the best thing for your child.
