unless u get lipo there is no way to lose weight fast the right way and not have lasting problems afterwards. I mean u can go to the gym and work out for 8 hours a day and become a vegan, but hun it's up to your body and your doctor that knows your history to come up with a better way for you to lose weight without problems that can cause you to kill over later on in life. Stop being vain and just try to lose weight the right way. Portion control diets work the best and don't leave u hungry and drinking 8 8oz glasses of water a day works like no one's business. Also devote to exercising 3 times a week doing walking, cycling, or swimming for 30 to and hour for those 3 days and then increasing as your body tolerates it. Losing weight takes time hun and sure detemination for you. You can't rush your body to lose it without suffering for it later. Trust me that's how we have lost so many people to Fen Fen and other so called diet miracles. The only miracle to losing weight is time and your will power to see it through to the goal u set for your self that is REASONABLE!. Also to help things along that I have found to help is take away the mirrors and the scales away. If they are there to tempt you to push yourself more then it's a distraction that you don't need and can cost your in the long run. Let your body and your clothes tell you what u need to know. run a whole lot that will burn the fat, do 100 crunches a day, doing crunches will not get rid of the fat on the stomach but jogging will. If your a good 180 pounds this could take a clean 3 months. Good luck keep on workin. If you need it faster i know this sounds hard but jog 5 miles a day and do 1000 crunches 500 iin the morning 500 at night.

Weight watchers is really easy and in my first week I lost 6lbs!! yeah. As for the six pack lots and lots of sit ups and a really good trick is wherever you are and whatever your doing suck in the gut! this gets the muscles strong fast!! good luck

distinctive it has to do with genes. some are pre-disposed to have six packs with doing mild abs crunches and sit down ups, others ought to do a million of them and not get that six-p.c...

eat raw foods. fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. you will lose weight really fast and get healthy. but i don't know to many people who can do that.
