Cain and Able are the only two mentioned in the Bible as far as major Bible stories but I feel sure there were others - sort of like folks don't realize that Jesus had siblings and that his mother Mary did not remain a virgin

Adam and Eve had three sons, Cain and Abel, and later Seth. the Bible says very little about Seth, just that he was born to replace Abel. The diminishing lifespans of humanity are then depicted in Genesis ch.5 beginning with Seth up until Noah. with the exception of the various Abraham faiths, the world acknowledges that they are mythical

Who knows:
Gen 5:4 The days of Adam after he fathered Seth were 800 years; and he had other sons and daughters.
That is all we know of their children. Nothing else. Well unless you include Cain, Abel and Seth.

Three are named in the Bible, but it is apparent that they had more or there would have been no one for the three sons to marry. According to Jewish tradition, they had 900 children. But that is not in the Bible.
