Does any one know the statutory rape laws in Utah? Can a guy get convicted even If the girl is willing and wanting? Please help. My friend and BF in BIGGG trouble!

i belive in Any state if she is a minor regardless of consent he can be charged. I'm not sure of what the age for minor in utah is for sure---but fair thing to say your friend is in some serious trouble.
