There are not good and bad medicines, dear.
There is good use and bad use of medicines.
Read carefully the instructions (including the containdications and side effects) and if you need to take it, you can do it. Just don't overdo it! Taken occasionally for headaches or a common flu or for another minor symptom, it will not harm you, if you are a healthy individual.
Just take care if you have high blood pressure, peptic ulcer or any kind of problems with your stomach or if you are taking any other medicines contemporaneously. In that case, you have to consult your doctor.
If you are taking it as a pain killer, that is on a frequent basis, ask your pharmacist or your doctor about it. There are many other methods, having less side effects, that alternative medicine can offer to you.

Not if you take it very occasionally but don't depend on it or any other pill to consistently put you to sleep. Also be aware that Tylenol is not good for your kidney or liver-too much has been shown to cause damage to both-why you use with caution. Any Pharmacist can advise you on the safest over the counter medications but again all have some side effects. Get to the root of why you need sleep medication and discuss with your family doctor for if its stress threes herbs-that can help and not have the serious side effects.

if over dosing yes, but take it once in a while it's OK . i take it when i have a hard time sleeping after maybe 2 days , and i only take 1 . just enough to get me nice & sleepy . just enough where i can wake up and still know what's going on in my house . 2 or more than that, can really knock you out and sleep all the way through until morning . abusing it is bad . but using like it is suppose to be use , is just fine .

Tylenol PM if used too frequently can become addictive. If used sparingly shoudl be ok. If you have asthma do not take tylenol PM it will constrict your breathing.

All drugs have side effects. Don't take it unless you need it. That means your doctor has told you to take it. Tylenol according to my doctor will damage your liver in 1/10,000 cases. Slight chance, but why take it.

I have noticed that when I take it, it's harder for me to wake up the next day but I usually sleep really well. But if you don't have any aches and pains it might be better to go with something like Unisom to help you sleep. Or see your doctor about it.

Talk to the pharmacist before you take it, can conflict with medications you take. My doctor told me not to take it because of my hypertension.

No if you don't take them every night.
Just a few here and there. your fine.
It says on the bottle that you can't get addicted too it but I wouldn't use it nightly to fall asleep.
