Why do people get STARRY EYED?

Do you get liked that with everyone or just with someone special? Does that mean anything?

I get that way with my boyfriend. I just look deep into his eyes and he knows everything Im thinking and feeling and I the same for him. Its a magical feeling. Sounds corny but its true.
